Graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in law, he has been practicing law since 2016, specializing in civil and criminal litigation, government procurement law, engineering dispute resolution, and commercial non-litigation cases. He also has extensive experience in legal disputes related to the green energy industry.

In recent years, he has handled a wide range of cases, including representing construction companies in civil claims under the BOT model, participating in important food safety law cases, and assisting energy technology companies in performance disputes. In addition, he also plays an important role in the planning and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions.
