Attorney Huang graduated from the Department of Law at National Chengchi University and served in the Legal Affairs Division of the Yunlin County Police Department. During his time there, he handled many police regulations consultations and state compensation cases, and was awarded a letter of appreciation from the Yunlin County Police Department.

Attorney Huang has extensive experience in handling a number of criminal and civil litigation cases. He has assisted in the retrial process and ultimately obtained a not guilty verdict for his client. He has also successfully appealed against a school bullying incident, leading the administrative agency to make a new decision. In addition to litigation, Mr. Huang has also assisted a domestic company in setting up a contractual framework for a total amount of NT$3 billion, successfully getting a bank to issue a loan. He also has relevant experience in contract drafting and corporate regulatory compliance.

In recent years, Mr. Huang’s major achievements in practice include:

Defended a client who was found guilty in a retrial and successfully obtained a not guilty verdict

Successfully offset a high amount of debt in a multinational garment merchant's payment dispute case

Successfully filed an administrative complaint against the Taipei City Government's Department of Education for a minor regarding school bullying
